Elicia Baker-Rogers, DNP, RN, COHN-S, CCM, AHN-BC, ADS, LMT, BCTMB is a native of Detroit, MI. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice – Integrative Health and Healing, from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN in May, 2017. She completed her MS and BSN degrees at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.
She is a 20-year Veteran of the United States Navy Nurse Corps, where she held several distinguished leadership positions. Dr. Baker-Roger’s personal military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy Achievement Medal (two awards), as well as various unit awards, campaign and service decorations.
Dr. Baker-Rogers presented her DNP Scholarly Project: “Reducing Nurses’ Occupational Stress using Aromatherapy as an Integrative Nursing Intervention: A Journey in Process Improvement”, at the Second International Integrative Nursing Symposium, Tucson, AZ in April, 2017. She also presented her project at the 4th World Congress on Complementary and Alternative Medicine in July, 2022, to international attendees via Webex format.
She is the owner and founder of Justa’ Touch Integrative Health & Wellness, PLLC. In addition to professional nursing, she is a nationally board certified and licensed massage therapist, and an acudetox (auricular acupuncture) specialist. Dr. Baker-Rogers is on the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) task force for the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA).

Kevina Daniel, PT, DPT
Kevina is a Physical Therapist who has always had a passion for helping others live their best life. She is a Florida native who attended Florida State University and Florida A&M University where she earned 3 degrees culminating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Kevina’s passion for sports and fitness initially led her down the path of movement as medicine. It was during her time at FAMU that she learned about pelvic floor therapy and the impact that this underrated service could make in someone’s life.
Her focus is to become the go-to person for disorders of pelvic dysfunction in order to help individuals live their lives without fear, ostracization, and pain. Kevina enjoys sharing her experience and educating everyone she comes across on pelvic health and general health issues and the impacts on daily life.
Kevina is the founder and owner of Pelvic Power Physical Therapy and Wellness, where she currently provides services virtually and in person. She currently resides in the Austin, TX area with her husband and young daughter. She enjoys staying active in the gym, loves outdoor activities, and AnimalFlow. She also enjoys traveling, reading, writing, and good food!

Tamara P. Fields, LCSW-S
Tamara P. Fields is a Doctoral Candidate at Abilene Christian University, obtaining her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Conflict Resolution. Tamara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor in Illinois and Texas. She studied social work at The University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, where she received her Master of Arts in social work in 2005.
Tamara owns Crystal Clear Behavioral Health Services, a private group practice. She also owns Crystal Clear Children and Youth Services, a non-profit committed to children and adolescents’ social, mental, and emotional well-being. Tamara owns The Center for Sandtray and Clinical Training, where she trains other professionals in Sandtray Therapy and clinical supervision. Tamara is the Branch Chair for the National Association of Social Workers Central Texas Branch.
Tamara is known for her role as the Executive Producer and Resident Therapist in the documentary “When the Soul Cries: Trauma. Tears. Triumph. (Amazon Prime Video). She owns The Real Therapish, LLC providing healing retreats, empowerment sessions, and seminars helping women change their narratives through healing from emotional pain and trauma. Tamara is the creator of The Real Therapish Deck and Candle and the author of the book Favian & Maven Presents When Your Body Talks, teaching children to listen to their bodies when bad things are happening to them.

Kelvin Henton, MSN, FNP
Kelvin Hinton is a successful nurse entrepreneur, the Administrator / Co-Owner of Applesoft Homecare Services, and the CEO / Owner of Applesoft Medical Solutions, located in Arlington, TX. He holds a Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, and an Associates of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Southwest Tennessee Community College in Memphis, TN. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Kelvin has over ten years of sales experience, with expertise in capital sales and rental therapy equipment. His impressive sales achievements include receiving the 2012, 2014, and 2015 Southeast Region VIP Award, and exceeding performance expectations for five consecutive years.
Kelvin’s work experience also includes serving in the United States Army as a Radiology Specialist 91P10 with the 330th Combat Support Hospital from 1990 to 1998. During his time in the military, he was responsible for operating X-ray and related equipment used in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases. He also served as a Unit Section Lead NCO from 1994-1996.
In his civilian career, Kelvin has served as a Nurse Practitioner at the VA North Texas Healthcare System in Dallas, TX, where he specialized in wound management and coordinated care for patients with complex wounds. He has also worked as a Nurse Practitioner/Center Director at Low T Center, where he performed age-appropriate history and physical exams for acute and chronically ill patients, prescribed appropriate treatments, and supervised center staff. His prior nursing experience includes working as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit/Surgical ICU at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare-University Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Kelvin is a proud Member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc., where he initiated into Tau Iota Sigma in the spring of 1998 and currently holds membership in Iota Mu Sigma in Arlington, TX. His purpose and passion as a nurse entrepreneur are to build a company that provides compassionate, patient-centered care and promotes health and wellness through education and prevention. He is passionate about advocating for his patients and their families and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

Natasha Johnson-Fair, PT, DPT
Natasha Johnson-Fair received her undergraduate degree from University of Texas at San Antonio, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2001. She completed her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 2003. She is certified Competent in the Evaluation and Treatment of Vestibular Disorders from Emory University. Natasha completed the Specialization Certification in treatment of Post-Concussion Syndrome/Mild Traumatic Brain Injury. She is actively completing a fellowship in the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) for the assessment and treatment of visual dysfunctions following Neurological Injury/Insult.
She has worked as a Senior Physical therapist, which she believes is one of her God-given gifts, at St. David’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Austin, Texas for 20 years (and approximately 8 years at Rehab Without Walls), specializing in Vestibular, Vision, Neurological, Post-Concussion Syndrome/Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Aquatic Treatments. She currently serves as a Clinical Instructor for physical therapy students at St. David’s Rehabilitation Hospital. Senior leadership at St. David’s Medical Center selected her to participate in the Neal Kocurek Scholarship Program as a mentor to positively influence future generations of healthcare professionals because of her work ethic and expertise. She has served as a mentor in the program for the past 12 years. She also serves on the education staff for an international vestibular certification course through the 360 Neuro Health Institute.

Dr. Emmanuel Inwang, PHARMD
Dr. Emmanuel P. Inwang completed 7 years of training and graduated with a doctorate degree from Florida A & M College of Pharmacy and completed an Ambulatory Care Residency with emphasis on HIV/AIDS therapy. He is a licensed Pharmacist Consultant and completed certificate training in Pharmacogenomics. He is originally from Miami, Florida and of Nigerian descent. He comes from a long line of healthcare workers in his family from Physicians and RN’s. Dr. Emmanuel Inwang now specializes in metabolic disorders and chronic disease consultation in ambulatory care management. Additionally, has been an Ambulatory Care 1 & 2 preceptor for the Florida A&M College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical sciences. Currently he contracts with Medical practices, FQHCs, ALFs, and nursing homes as a consultant for their chronically ill patients. Currently, he consults with complex ill clients with several severe disease states such as end stage renal failure and provides pharmacogenetics testing for this population.
As the director of WCRx Health, he provides preventative care services to their affiliated MD/DO clinic/special closed pharmacy systems in 17 states. Over a decade of clinical specialty hospital work experience in NICU, PICU and ER has buily the backbone of his clinical ambulatory care strength. His work experience has been comprehensive including several hospitals, most notably South Miami Baptist and Memorial Regional Hospitals ER to advance his pharmacological knowledge, transitions of care, and chronic care management expertise. He has extensive experience working with APD (Agency for Persons with Disabilities), ACHA (Agency for Health Care Administration), DOH (Department of Health), hospital, clinic, and specialty pharmacy services in both business and application. Dr. Emmanuel Inwang has utilized this to provide consultation and development of WCRx health. WCRx Health provides preventative care services, special closed pharmacies services, drug delivery systems.
WCRx Health also consults and services ACO’s (Affordable care organizations), Clinics, clinic research centers, train in certificate training programs and medical consultant chronic case management services. This has broadened his scope of clinical practice at WCRx Health for patients with metabolic disorders, mentally or physically handicapped and the chronically ill. Particularly, in CKD “Chronic Kidney disease” metabolic disorders. This led to past contractual relationships with OPKO Pharmaceuticals in their renal department. With this experience the therapeutic treatment approach for CKD/ESRD significantly changed initial treatments prior to initiating dialysis. This has established clinical CKD data analysis research in WCRx Health practices. Fellowship programs with data analysis have been established to assist in the launch of upcoming medical journal articles on alternative treatments prior to dialysis for ESRD Pt’s end stage renal disease as well.
Dr. Emmanuel Inwang sees himself as a “Clinical Activist” for our vulnerable children and seniors, chronically ill, mentally ill, and physically handicapped populations. His motto is “Prevention is the secret to wellness” and strives to keep that motto as a part of his traditions along with doing no harm to his clients.

Coach Jeff “Mad Dog” Madden
Coach Jeff Madden has 30+ years of experience as a strength and conditioning professional. Coach Madden was a high school All-American and an All-Star Football Player at Vanderbilt University before playing professional football. Coach Madden has had a very successful career while coaching at great institutions: University of North Carolina; Colorado; Cincinnati; Rice University; and now the University of Texas. Coach Madden has held the position of either Assistant or Associate Athletics Director for over 23 years. Coach Madden has been blessed to coach over 30,000 athletes, a few hundred who have gone on to be Olympians, as well as NFL and NBA professional athletes. Coach Madden’s All-Sports Teams have won 14 National Championships.
Coach Madden is a certified Speed-Explosion Expert by the National Association of Speed and Explosion, is Masters Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association, and is a CSCCa Board of Directors Member.
Jeff and Brenda Madden have two sons, Brandon and Bryan.

Dr. Kirsten K Shepard, LMT, DC
Dr. Kirsten K Shepard (LMT, DC) is the Founder and CEO of TrueStopper INC, a hemp-based solution to pain management and recovery that promotes whole body wellness. For more than 15 years, she has established integrated practices that combine medical, chiropractic, acupuncture and physical therapy approaches to whole body care, including the opening of clinics across Texas and in Los Angeles.
Dr. Kirsten K Shepard started exploring the powerful healing capabilities of CBD in 2015 after her father was diagnosed with Mesothelioma and she witnessed, first-hand, the damaging effects of chemotherapy and radiation. This journey led to the creation of TrueStopper, an innovative line of hemp-based salves,roll-ons, patches and extracts that are scientifically-proven, triple lab-tested, natural and non-addictive.
Dr. Kirsten K Shepard is an expert in her field; she has led educational sessions with other medical professionals and been recognized by notable leaders across health and fitness communities. She has been selected as a Profile of Prominence award recipient in Health Professions by the Texas legislature and received a Special Congressional Recognition from a Texas United States Congressman.
She is a Cannabis educator, advocate and an active member of the American Black Chiropractic Association, OUM/PICA Medical Committee, National Cannabis Industry Association, the Minority Cannabis Business Association, Hemp Industries Association, Texas Hemp Coalition and the Drug Policy Alliance. Additional industry affiliations include membership with California Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, Holistic Pediatric Association, Bipolar Foundation of Central Texas, Frederick Douglass Club of Austin, and League of Chiropractic Women, among others.

Kenneth Wiggins
Mr. Kenneth Wiggins is the COO of KenCord Biotherapeutics, LLC. Established in 2013, KenCord Biotherapeutics (KCB) is a Life Sciences Company based in Harriburg,NC. KCB’s clientele stem from multiple industries including Contract Research Organizations, Medical Supply, Pharmaceutical, Pharmacogenetics, Molecular Diagnostic and Consumer/Nutraceutical sectors. KCB focuses on providing sales support, business development, and management consulting services for domestic and international clients.
With his transformational style, he emerged to leadership positions in sales and marketing, training and development with such companies as Boehringer Mannheim Corporation, Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., Orchid Cellmark, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Known for his ability to consistently exceed annual sales quotas, Kenneth has merited numerous sales and leadership awards and recognition during his career. Prior to forming KCB, Mr. Wiggins was the National Sales Director for Lung LLC, a biotechnology company operating as a subsidiary of United Therapeutics Corporation in Silver Spring, Maryland. While at Lung LLC, Kenneth delivered superior results while leading the national sales and management team consisting of four regional business directors and 24 sales representatives.
Kenneth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ken actively donates to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Annual Walk for the Cure, and Feed the Community. In addition to his volunteer efforts, Ken has held memberships at the Cardinal Club, Triangle Society Club of Raleigh, Livingstone College Board of Visitors, Advisory Board Member for HireMeHealthcare, and Board Member for NC MedAssist (not for profit Community Pharmacy). In his leisure, Ken enjoys boating,cycling, golfing, college football and basketball, jazz concerts, and the performing arts. A resident of Harrisburg, NC, Ken shares his life with his wife.

Dr. Cheree Y. Wiltsher, PhD
Dr. Cheree Wiltsher is an innovator, lifelong academic, change-agent, and community builder. She is experienced in and committed to building diverse, inclusive, and equitable initiatives that support organizational, programmatic, and cohort outcomes through data-informed planning and decision-making. As an entrepreneur and consultant, Dr. Wiltsher is a skilled analyst, communicator, and visionary, adept at building highly effective teams that work collaboratively to assess needs, apply best practices, and craft innovative high-value solutions to advance the evolving priorities of complex systems.
She has extensive experience, training, and leadership in promoting student success with research interests in basic needs security, minority and first-generation student persistence, and health disparities relative to under-served populations. As founding Director of the Florida A & M University (FAMU), School of Allied Health Sciences, Division of Health Science, Dr. Wiltsher designed and implemented a new health professions degree curriculum that included the development of fifteen additional multiple-modality course offerings. Under her direction, within the first two years, the new Division sustained a three-fold increase in both student enrollment and the graduation rate.
Dr. Wiltsher’s research publications and presentations have been in line with her interests in effective online learning design; employing digital tools toward optimizing learner engagement; the scholarship of teaching; and modeling collaborative approaches towards improving research and publication output. She also serves as an On-Site Accreditation Reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPTE). Dr. Wiltsher is an alumna of Hampton University (PhD) and FAMU (BS, MEd). She is proud mom to Maati McKinney, a Spelman alum ([BS/BA] in Math, 2021) and second year PhD student (BS in Molecules, Cells, and Organisms) at Harvard University.
