5 core needs for People of Color

Educational Panels & Programs addressing the 5 core needs for People of Color:

  • Physical Wellness is recognizing the need for physical activity, healthy foods and sleep, as well as preventing illness and injury or managing chronic health conditions.
  • Spiritual Wellness is recognizing our purpose and feeling a sense of meaning and belonging in life, including one’s morals and ethics. Your spiritual wellness suffers when a disconnect with your actions, your values and your inner peace occurs
  • Mental Wellness is the ability to think clearly and make good decisions.
  • Emotional Wellness is the ability to cope, manage emotions and have positive relationships.
  • Financial Wellness is having the knowledge, ability and desire to make intelligent financial decisions, and having the ability to live a happy life within one’s means.
